We currently serve the following areas of the Twin Cities and Minnesota without an additional travel fee. For out of territory travel, AVR can provide a full turn-key solution for your event and will provide you with a flat rate that will cover all of our expenses for your event and the dates you need us. We have traveled from Montecito to Boston providing high-end VR experiences for our corporate clients since 2016.

If your location is just outside our normal travel area and you would like to inquire if we can travel to your location, please contact us. Longer distances usually require a longer minimum event or may require an additional travel fee. All events must be held inside non-residential temperature controlled commercial venues.  Events may not be held outdoors. If you cannot provide a wireless internet connection, one may be provided by AVR at an additional cost. We reserve the right to cancel any event without penalty. We reserve the right to refuse service to any location that we deem unsafe. Any event cancelled by Adventures with VR will receive a full refund.
